Co-founder
Celia brings experience across early-stage investment, venture building and growth. Previously, she worked for the University of Oxford, managing its spinout company shareholdings, representing it as a board observer and making pre-seed and Series A follow-on investments on its behalf. Before this, she spent nearly seven years building and running ventures at Deloitte Ventures and was an early employee at AI startup Cipher, later acquired by LexisNexis.
Co-founder
Sev brings experience across financial leadership, commercial strategy and engineering. She is currently a fractional CFO to Series A tech startups. Previously, she spent close to a decade at PwC, advising on growth strategy, innovation funding and due diligence, followed by a role at a corporate finance boutique serving small- to mid-cap industrial businesses. She began her career as an engineer, bringing technical understanding alongside financial and commercial expertise.
